Website Property Search
The online properties database enables users to easily search for properties by type, city size, status, and region. Upon submitting search criteria, the user views a list of properties according to the search with a link for complete information on each property. The detailed fields contain property photos, property name, address, size, cost, status, type, comments and realtor information with a link to e-mail addresses and realtor websites.
 
Easy Online Administration
The online properties database incorporates an easy-to-use administration module that will enable your organization and local realtors to easily manage the properties in the database. The administration area is accessed through a user name and password. Your organization will have master rights to access the entire database. The administration area also gives local realtors (if applicable) access to and the ability to manage only their properties. The administrative area provides the capability to add, edit, and delete property photos and information as well as add, edit, and delete listings.

Each listing can be time sensitive in that if there is no activity in an agreed-upon time frame an e-mail will be automatically sent asking if their information is up to date. This assures that all information is up to date.

 
User Tracking
The online properties database comes complete with a user tracking and reporting system. The system tracks a user's name and e-mail address and stores this information within the database. Upon searching the database, the system sends an automatic e-mail to the user with a custom "thank you" message.
